Farewell Coventry!

Our third event on April 25th, 2026 was a Blast! We had over 450 attendees which was so amazing for our 3rd + biggest event!

At PITP, We value community feedback, here some of the key things we were identify based off community feedback!

"I waited too long to get in"

PITP3 Was the biggest meet ever and we now understand our trajectory from here, We are working on internal systems to implement a QR Ticketing system going forward, for all events. With a complete restructure of the entrance to allow for multiple, smaller queues, like you'd find at Larger events such as MegaCon!

"Accessible Queue"

We plan to implement an accessible queue for those that need it.

"Toilets & Facilities were bad"

PITP1 & PITP2 Saw no facilities like we had at PITP3, We were using a council-provided facility. Unfortunately it is still out of our budget to look for additional toilet facilities

"Site security"

At PITP3, For the first time, we had a "secure venue" when compared to the previous 2 events, We are looking at ways of making site security better, We understand tape didn't make the cut that the community were looking for. We did have Police onsite to deter the bulk of negative force, We are still looking into how to improve security visibility.

"Quiet room was still loud"

We plan to make sure there isn't a walking route for staff via the quiet room going forward.

"Delays to the day"

We plan to alter schedules of the day going forward, Giving more time between events so we can get delays sorted as quick as we can.

"PA & Speaker system"

We plan to get a more powerful system going forward, That can be heard in all areas.

"Vendors!"

We have seen a great success with vendors, we plan to have more going forward. (Subject to applying vendors)

"I struggled to make friends"

We plan to implement more bonding activities, or an area for people to say wruff to!

"RSVP Issues"

We understand we failed on the run-up to the event, we plan to redevelop the entire system going forward.

"Trading area!"

We understand that some trades were unable to be made because of lack of communication, We suggest to attendees to make yourself known or schedule a time to make trades with a specific person for future events.

"I had no service!"

With the amount of people we had in attendance, we accidentally created a Mobile Service blackspot due to the available bandwidth, which meant people lost cellular connection. We are investigating ways to mitigate this going forwards.

Leave no trace 🌳

We have had some concerns about the litter left at the site, This was all cleared at the end of the day and recycled where possible.

Pinch the Parcel

Pinch the parcel was a lot more successful than PITP2, Where it debuted. We are looking into ways of changing this to make it fair for all.

"I couldn't collect my merch! / When is merch shipped?!"
